How we manage your account
new2marketing is committed to fulfilling briefs in accordance with client-instructions. During the course of any project, we offer guidance and express constructive opinions, to find workable and effective solutions. Once matters are underway, we are dedicated to ensuring that every detail is in place, and that our clients are totally satisfied with the end result.
Our experience means that we are used to applying robust monitoring processes to the work we produce. We use internal checklists that require sign-off by senior team members, to ensure that our work “ticks all the boxes” before presentation to our clients for their comment or approval.
Following approval of recommendations and cost estimates at the start of the relationship you would be introduced to your Account Manager who will be your main point of contact throughout each element of the project. They have overall responsibility for your account, overseen by an Account Director, and our Managing Director, Ben Harris, who is available to discuss strategies direct with clients. We also conduct lengthy weekly team meetings where every piece of work for every client is discussed so that the whole Account Management team has a grasp of current status and issues.
